Justin was admitted as a solicitor in 1995 and is a partner of the firm.

Acting predominately in commercial litigation including trade practices, joint venture, building, employment and business/consumer disputes, Justin has been accredited by the Queensland Law Society as a specialist in commercial litigation. 

Justin has a particular interest and expertise in building disputes including subcontractors charges and disputes in respect of payment claims and adjudication.  In 2020 Justin obtained registration as an Adjudicator for payment disputes under the Building Industry Fairness legislation in both Queensland and the Northern Territory.

During articles and since admission, Justin has practised in all areas of litigation, primarily in the superior courts of Queensland and New South Wales, Federal Court, and various Tribunals, having the skills and experience to effectively conduct complex and substantial litigation and lengthy trials.

Justin offers strong, practical and cost-effective advice in respect of all aspects of commercial disputes.
